About the project - note

Our project is an atempt to stimulate the tourism development in Danube Delta using informatic tools. It is a result of a cooperation between ITC Bucharest, as coordinator, and Altfactor company from Galatsi, Romania, as partner.The project attempts to force an ecological approach over this fragile ecosystem which is the Danube Delta, exposed, unfortunately, in the last time to a horible agression (The Bastroe Channel), which agression has been stopped due to the public opinion's intervention.

The team members wish to multiply the number of well informed tourists in the Delta without infringing any loss to the ecosystem. We dream at channels without PET residues, at riversides without fire scarces, we dream at clear waters, abundant fish, and bird colonies everywhere for the joy and satisfaction of our nephews, too.
